Can a Catholic Still Go To Heaven?

Since a catholic person is not a Christian... can they still go to heaven?  Possibly... if they are still alive now, then there's a chance.  They need to recognize the true gospel of Jesus Christ and receive God's grace alone through trusting in the real Jesus Christ.
